Yes! You will have issues with Mac as I did…try PC!!! It works!!!

The links didn’t work for me either. I believe the reason is the pdf reader you are using because I was using Foxit Reader and it didn’t work. I subsequently uninstalled Foxit and installed Abode’s Reader and the links work fine now. Give it a try. Holla at yo’ boy!!!

Click on the Page Numbers- every thing comes up for me, Adobe. I was able to read whatever.

link works fine for me. everything is there. the first page is the table of contents. You have to click on the numbers in BLUE on the right side
